That could help get ready for good housing parts for safety interlocks etc...  I have local printers hireable
via 3dhubs though.  Please tell us more about your  python-brlcad-tcl library.  Is it better than using FreeCAD?
I've been able to make shapes like radio enclosure with FreeCAD -- it's fiddly and tedious, but...
