[Open_electroporator] low cost bacterial non-salty electroporator proposal

You might consider a unit that has a table/bench stand... think of a
soda dispenser (you put your cup under a nozzle)... or a milk-shake
mixer (you put your cup of reagents under the unit). I don't think it
really matters at this stage, but just an idea that popped into my
head.
