[Open_electroporator] Culture Shock yardboard testing

Now I have a yardboard_forward_converter version and it's much more textbook-like.

When I put a load of 30k Ohms on it there is not much ringing. It's low parts count
and doesn't make the current go above 15 mA if you let the transformer stored energy come out
before pulsing again.

The lowest trace is current through a 0.05 Ohm resistor, so one div = 2 Amps.

The middle is 500 Volts per div at the transformer, with doubler and 30k Ohm load, (or not).

Top trace is the "reset winding" which is connected to the plus 7.5 Volts supply by a diode drop.
When it is flat topped at around 8.2V the reset winding is dumping current into the supply side, then when it
drops to 7.5V and bounces up some it is done, the core energy is dumped, but it oscillates some.
That takes a long time... So this circuit is not great for our purposes.

Going to the push pull two transistor/two input winding converter should be good.
