[Open_electroporator] transformation test with v0.2

Mitchell is planning to do a transformation test soon.  I'm
going to run a v0.2 that is just like his in an hour or so and take notes
for him to use to do his test.   I'll be developing a recipe that
is highly likely to give 1800V across a 1mm cuvette.

Any information about what an ohmmeter reads across the contacts of a cuvette
loaded with the solution with suspended cells, (or without -- just buffer and water)
will help get success since the volts vary with the load.
