There are no specs on that page though.

It is the kind of thing that could be just right for getting a 2kV pulse out
with small capacitors required.  The input side of the transformer/inductor
is switched from some DC to gnd,
then let float, and the transformer action multiplies voltage up.
Choosing the starting DC volts and how long it is driven affects how high the output goes.
