So, do cells survive better warm? Warmth increases chance of arcing said one of the pages at tritechresearch.com.
There is a chance that with a micropython controlled volt profile (like was never available before), a lower voltage for a little
longer and maybe tapering off some will get good results warm. Capacitive discharge pulses are exponential up/down, so they I bet
they start arcing right away based on the early peak of such a pulse. Letting the volts and thus the e field build up to a flat
top for a millisecond or 7 could be good for not arcing -- When the volt level is just right.
